 Info Works financial reporting tool set.

Hewlett-Packard 
Loveland, CO - 1997-2003
Information Architect - ASP

Prototyped and deployed new look and feel for divisional intranet 
used by HP's Services Delivery Operations group.  Architected 
infrastructure and content for North American support knowledge 
bases.  Designed and developed custom dynamic project tracking 
applications.  Constructed server utility simulators for North American 
support center.  Spent two years in customer facing, technical support 
roles. Designed and deployed custom ASP and JavaScript driven content 
management system, cutting update times from three days to 1 hour
